* No Reptiles will be sold to any person/s whom does not hold a current Reptile Licence that is Valid and Current in the State where the holder resides.
* No Reptiles will be sold to any persons whom we feel we not House, Care and/or take responsibility for the reptile to a satisfactory standard.
Reptile Purchasing
1. All reptiles sold are at least 8 weeks of age and are in perfect health and condition; they are happy and eating well.
2. All reptiles sold have been wormed and to our knowledge are free from mites and other common parasites directly associated with reptiles.
3. All reptiles sold come from an appropriate reptile enclosure that suits that reptiles needs.
4. Just lizards make every effort to inform you of the purchased reptiles basic needs and housing requirements. Further advice and knowledge comes with learning, experience and your ability to source and interpret information found on the internet or from other relevant sources. “Google is your friend”
5. After the 3 days of being in your care, the health and happiness of the purchased reptile is solely your (The Purchaser) responsibility. We (Just Lizards) from this time take no responsibility for any deaths, injuries, infections, or any other reason to that you may claim that it is the sellers Just Lizards responsibility. From this time it now becomes you’re (The purchasers) responsibility to give the purchased reptile the care, maintenance and financial costs it may require.
6. (a) Just Lizards will not refund nor exchange a purchased reptile if we feel the reptile has been mistreated or incorrectly housed leading to its ill well being.
(b) Just Lizards hold no responsibility and will not refund nor exchange under any circumstances or conditions stated hear or elsewhere, for reptiles housed in numbers greater than 1 with the same species or any other species of reptile.
(c) Just lizards will not refund nor offer ongoing support for any persons that purchase more than 1 of the same species and intend to house them together.
(d) No reptile will be warranted if it is to be sent by land or air pet couriers.
